Elimelech: A Faithless Choice

While not every decision we make is the most important decision of our lives, every decision we make does have the potential to be life-changing. In the opening verses in the book of Ruth, we see a wrong decision made by Elimelech that set in motion a course of events that drastically affected him and his family. From his decision, we are reminded of this central truth — that we must evaluate every decision in light of God's Word and His glory.
