While some religions seek to elevate Mary, the mother of Jesus, to someone of sinless perfection, the Bible shows that she was an ordinary Jewish girl who was chosen by God to play a very special role in God's plan of salvation because of God's grace. In this message, we consider Mary's submission to the Word of God, her recognition of her need of a Saviour, and her song of praise to the Lord.
