The message of Christmas is very simply that God Himself, while not ceasing to be God, became a man and was born in order to meet God’s requirement for sin’s payment by dying as a substitute for you and me on the cross of Calvary. Mary, Joseph, and the Shepherds teach us the importance of responding to God's Word in faith, not fear. How will you respond to the message of Christmas?
